International Conference on Genome Informatics (GIW) is the longest running international bioinformatics conference.

The first GIW was held at Tokyo in 1990.

Since then, GIW has been held annually around the countries in Asia-Pacific region.

This year's GIW is the 22nd anniversary.

Korean Society for Bioinformatics and Systems Biology (KSBSB) is honored to host GIW2011.

We are delighted to give you a warm welcome to Busan, Korea.

GIW2011 has invited world-renowned keynote speakers in bioinformatics and genomics,

and selected around 40 excellent original works for oral presentations.

It is also accepting inspiring poster presentations to make this conference more enjoyable and valuable.

Submissions

Poster abstracts are limited to maximum 2 pages, including title, figures, tables, text, and bibliography.

All posters of GIW2011 will be presented at the conference site, and their titles will be printed in the conference program book.

Excellent posters will be selected by the program committee and announced at the awards ceremony.

The authors will win awards of total USD1,000.

Abstract should be submitted electronically in MS Word, postscript or PDF format

through the conference website at http://www.kobic.re.kr/giw2011.
